9:45 AM – Introduction to SCITT (Supply Chain Integrity, Transparency, Trust)
Steve Lasker (Director of Ecosystems, DataTrails) explains SCITT, a new protocol developed within the IETF to ensure verifiable provenance and integrity of digital assets. This talk explores how SCITT enables tamper-evident audit trails, complementing the vCon architecture.
11:00 AM – Robot Food: Agents and Infrastructure
Erik Lagerway (Founder, Conveyr) dives into how conversational agents consume vCons as structured memory—what we call “robot food.” He also explores the infrastructure needed to support agents that reason, recall, and respond across contexts.
11:30 AM – vCon Store Architecture
Thomas Howe (CTO, Strolid) explores the design patterns behind the “vCon Store”—a scalable, secure repository system that allows companies to index, manage, and govern vCons across use cases.
12:00 PM - TAFFI (Trust Agent Framework for AI)
Thomas Howe (CTO, Strolid) & Steve Lasker (Director of Ecosystems DataTrails) will lead this session that introduces TAFFI, a new conceptual model for designing trust-first AI agents using vCons and SCITT. The session walks through early architecture, real-world triggers, and privacy safeguards.

Thomas Howe (CTO, Strolid) demonstrates how to work with the open-source Conserver—an implementation layer for storing, verifying, and distributing vCons. This is a key piece of the vCon application stack.
3:15 PM - Using the Conserver
